Metro Boomin announces funeral for his mother
A few weeks ago, it was tragically reported that super producer Metro Boomin’s mother was killed. This was done by her boyfriend, as he soon took his own life, as well.
Metro has been quiet on social media, since his mother’s dead. Fans have been showing the producer plenty of love though, in this shocking moment of Metro’s life.
Now, Metro has just announced the funeral plans, for his mother. He just took to his Instagram stories, to announce that those who come, will need to text or DM him.
“My Mother’s service is Saturday and the dress code is all cream attire and ladies please wear church hats,” Metro said. “Text or DM me for info if you would like to come celebrate the life of my queen.”
Metro had previously been very active on Twitter, in support of Young Thug and Gunna. He emphasized that YSL isn’t a gang, and only a record label. Metro has frequently worked with Thug, over the past 10 years. This included before Thug’s breakout 2014, with his “Stoner” single.
