NBA Youngboy disses Akademiks for album sales claim

On Monday, NBA Youngboy emphasized that his beef with Lil Durk is still alive and well, and also has issues with Akademiks. He revealed that he’s putting out his “Richest Opp” mixtape on Friday, which is also the same day that Lil Durk’s “Almost Healed” album is arriving. Therefore, YB also took to Twitter to diss Durk, his on-and-off girlfriend India Royale, as well as Akademiks. That came after Akademiks claimed that Youngboy and Durk’s beef ended, last week.

Meanwhile, Akademiks went on to claim that Youngboy is beefing with him and Durk, to boost album sales, and that Capitol Records isn’t helping YB. However, AK added that he still has love for YB.

Youngboy has now responded to Akademiks on Instagram Live, and emphasized that he doesn’t need to do things to boost album sales, as he already posts big numbers. This comes after already releasing two projects so far, in 2023.
