Netflix is not removing Kanye West “Jeen-Yuhs” docuseries
Kanye West has finally been getting canceled on social media heavily, lately. This is due to him making more anti-Semitic comments, on Twitter. That came after Ye said he would go “death con 300” on Jewish people. He has since been dropped from brands such as Balenciaga and the CAA talent agency.
While many brands are ending their ties to Kanye, Netflix is surprisingly one that is not. According to TMZ, they’re not removing their “Jeen-Yuhs” docuseries about Kanye, which aired, back in February. There are supposedly no plans to do that either, according to sources close to Netflix.
Netflix explained how Kanye wasn’t involved in creating or promoting the Jeen-Yuhs docuseries. They also claimed that Kanye didn’t say or do anything anti-Semitic, in this series.
The streaming service even added that they don’t remove content involving people involved in controversy, at later times. It’s sad to hear that this is the case, but many brands still support figures such as Kanye, no matter how they act. Kanye has also unfortunately been doubling down, on his stances, such as wearing MAGA hats and “white lives matter” shirts.
