Nipsey Hussle killer Eric Holder sentenced to 60 years-life in prison
Last summer, Eric Holder was finally found guilty in the 2019 shooting death of Nipsey Hussle. At the time, Holder was convicted of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter, two counts of assault with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Two others were also shot on day day of March 31.
However, Holder was officially sentenced today, according to TMZ. As a result, he will be serving a 60 years-life duration in prison. Many expected this, after almost four years of justice being waited to be served, for Nipsey.
Holder’s trial lasted for three weeks, last summer, in a Los Angeles courtroom. The only charge that he was found not guilty of was for premeditated attempted murder.
Nipsey and two others were initially shot in front of the rapper’s The Marathon Clothing store. That location since hasn’t reopened, but has been serving fans online. However, Nipsey’s family is working on a new TMC store location. A dispensary has since been opened in Los Angeles by his family, which is The Marathon Collective.
