Since 2009, N.O.R.E. has dabbled in the media. He perfected his media skills with “Drink Champs.” With his latest Kanye West interview, N.O.R.E. found himself with a ton of backlash. The comments Ye made about George Floyd led to his family considering suing him.
N.O.R.E. has turned “Drink Champs” into the biggest hip hop platform. At one time, this title belonged to “The Breakfast Club.” After launching the show, N.O.R.E. paid a visit to the show. During that interview, he said “The Breakfast Club” inspired him to launch the show. Seven years later, he has the biggest show in hip hop media. When N.O.R.E. sat down with Kanye West with the intention of discussing his political issues and his business issues. However, all of this backfired in a big way, when Ye made the controversial comments about George Floyd.
N.O.R.E. got lit up on social media for having Kanye West on. The interview ran three hours. During this rant, Ye made all kinds of controversial statements. When it came to George Floyd, his family is said to be considering suing Kanye West. As a result, N.O.R.E. called into “The Breakfast Club” to clear the air. He called himself “stupid” for not editing the interview and apologized for doing it. Furthermore, N.O.R.E. said they are likely to take the interview down.
