Offset reportedly delays release of upcoming album, after passing of Takeoff

Offset delays album after passing of Takeoff
It’s been over a week now, since the world lost Takeoff. The Migos rapper was shot and killed in Houston last week, outside of a bowling alley. That occurred after Quavo got into an argument with a group of men, after losing in a dice game. The situation escalated outside, with arguments about who would win in a game of basketball
Takeoff went on to get hit in the crossfire, as he was shot in the torso and head. A man and woman were also shot, but were treated at a local hospital. The man is said to have been Quavo’s assistant.
Offset has since changed his Instagram profile avatar, to a photo of Takeoff. He hasn’t publicly spoken out though, as Quavo hasn’t either.
Offset was also supposed to release his second solo album, on Friday. However, on Instagram, he told a fan that it is being pushed back. Takeoff’s funeral is being held in Atlanta, on Friday. This will be at State Farm Arena, as free tickets were made available, for Georgia residents, on Ticketmaster.
As or now, there is understandably no new release date, for Offset’s forthcoming project. Offset and Quavo will likely be in attendance at the funeral, on Friday. Justin Bieber and Alicia Keys are also confirmed to perform, at this event.
Prior to Takeoff’s passing, Migos had began splitting as group. Quavo and Takeoff released their “Only Built For Infinity Links” album in October, while Offset has been putting out solo singles.
