This week, Quavo is set to release his new solo album, “Rocket Power.” The album is named after his late nephew and fellow Migos group member, Takeoff. This comes after a brief delay with its initial August 4 release date. Therefore, this will be Quavo’s second solo album since 2018’s “Quavo Huncho.”
Meanwhile, Quavo previewed another single, on Tuesday night, that will appear on Rocket Power. This is “Who Wit Me?,” as he performed it at an Atlanta Braves game. Quavo had the hometown crowd excited, as the Braves also went on to defeat the New York Yankees again, 5-0. The Braves have the best record in all of baseball, at 77-42, and are heavy World Series favorites.
Other lead singles that are expected to appear on Quavo’s Rocket Power album are “Without You,” “Greatness,” “Honey Bun,” as well as the latest “Turn Yo Clic Up,” featuring Future. In late July, Quavo also put out a trailer in anticipation of the album, as he even pays homage to Takeoff, by showing off one of his chains.
