This weekend, Rihanna brought her “Diamonds” tour to London and the city was wild in anticipation of the Roc Nation starlet. Anyone who follows Rihanna on Instagram is well aware of her wild behavior which has become a part of her persona. Rihanna’s streak a bad girl began back in 2007.
At the time, Jay-Z still was at the helm of Def Jam and he helped Rihanna make the transition with “Umbrella.” Back then, it probably didn’t mean as much to Jay-Z as it does now, since he left Def Jam for his own label, Roc Nation. Rihanna is managed by the company and her behavior is a bit bad for business.
Rumor has it that Roc Nation is fed up with Rihanna’s wild child behavior and that she has been confronted. Sources close to the label have said Rihanna was issued with a written warning. An insider spoke to the Look Magazine about Rihanna’s behavior and the potential consequences.

“Everyone can see Rihanna’s not behaving herself. Fans have paid hundreds of pounds for tickets and she’s regularly showing up hours late,” an insider told British magazine Look. “Then she often gives lack luster performances where she even forgets her words at times. They issued a written warning which was emailed to Rihanna.”
