Shannon Sharpe shocked the sports media world, when he left “Undisputed” for “First Take.” With that decision, he joined forces with Stephen A. Smith. Previously, Stephen A. hosted “First Take,” alongside Skip Bayless. In 2016, Bayless left for “Undisputed,” where he teamed with Shannon Sharpe. The past five years have seen Sharpe take over the media world. However, yesterday on “First Take,” Shannon’s makeup wasn’t looking right. As a result, social media came with jokes.
Shannon Sharpe ended up taking a lot of disrespect from Skip Bayless, towards the end of his run over on FS1. As a result, fans were demanding Sharpe speak out. On air, Shannon Sharpe confronted Skip over his treatment. After that, Bayless did offer Sharpe an apology. Again, on air, the guys ended up making amends. Despite this, Sharpe still opted to leave the show. However, he tearfully told Skip, on air, that this had nothing to do with their disagreements, and there’s love there.
Shannon Sharpe left “Undisputed” and immediately joined “First Take.” When he did his interview with his co-host, Stephen A. Smith, he admitted he felt like putting hands on Skip Bayless. Instead, he left his show with Skip, and then took Skip’s old job. Fans have loved seeing Shannon Sharpe and Stephen A. Smith hosting on the same show. The two have made an entertaining show and yesterday’s episode, just showing Sharpe’s bad makeup job, fueled enough jokes for social media, as Randy Jackson was trending.
