Smoke DZA speaks on history with Sean Kingston with MTV’s “RapFix Live” [VIDEO]

Even though Smoke DZA is considered to be the next generation of New York hip hop, he’s been a fixture in the industry for some time. Seven years ago, one of the breakthrough new artists was Sean Kingston and Smoke DZA was one of his biggest supporters. Smoke DZA was also helping Sean Kingston with his music.

Representing Harlem, Smoke DZA has had a major impact on the game over the past three years. This week, Smoke DZA dropped his Dream.Zone.Achieve album and it has gotten solid reviews. Now, Smoke DZA is doing his part to promote the album, speaking with the media.

Smoke DZA paid a visit to MTV to speak to Sway this week for “RapFix Live” and he touched on his past with Sean Kingston. While Sean Kingston has taken a step out of the spotlight, Smoke DZA is one of the next major stars out of New York City. He detailed the supportive relationship he and Sean Kingston have shared over the years.
