Spirit Airlines worker fixes wing with duct tape before flight [VIDEO]

Spirit Airlines worker fixes wing with duct tape before flight

Spirit Airlines always trends on social media for situations that aren’t the best. Over the past year, the airline industry has gone through a lot. Many of the most well known airlines have dealt with tons of negative press. As a result, there are rumors of some of the airline companies going out of business. When it comes to Spirit Airlines, there are no reports about them shutting down. But the airliner fixing one of their wings with with duct tape, before takeoff, is a dangerous sign.

Spirit Airlines is already known for being one of the lesser tier airliners. As a result, many people look to avoid them when they book their flights. Before there was any additional negative press, Spirit didn’t have the best of reputations. When their workers are caught doing very shabby work to a plane, this does nothing to help their reputation. But what they were seen doing is actually a danger to the lives of all of their passengers.

Spirit Airlines took another hit to their reputation, this morning. A passenger on another flight recorded what one worker for Spirit was doing. Apparently, something was wrong with one of the Spirit plane’s wings. As a result, one of the workers was trying to fix it. However, he was using duct tape to fix one of the wings on the plane. It’s unclear if that plane was boarding passengers. Regardless, the situation was very dangerous.
