Seeing how DMX passed in April 2021, it came as a surprise that she just heard about it. Today, news broke of Queen Elizabeth II’s passing. As a result, Stacey Dash began trending.

Stacey Dash rose to fame in the 1990s, on “Clueless.” Back then, it went under the radar that she and Dame Dash were actually first cousins. However, Stacey Dash did briefly get in touch with her hip hop roots. In 2009, Dash joined the cast of “The Game,” playing a key role on the series until the brief cancellation in 2009. After that, Dash became active in current affairs, where she aligned with conservative ideologies.

Stacey Dash faced much backlash, when she became a current affairs commentator. During that time, she actually spoke out against BET, despite starring in “The Game.” In addition, Dash spoke against having Black award shows. As a result, BET called Stacey Dash out over taking their checks. After that, fans expressed their frustration with her and her views. Dash spent years out of the public eye, but returned with a video where she cried over DMX’s passing. According to Dash, she just discovered he passed, leading to much scrutiny. With news of Queen Elizabeth II passing away, Stacey Dash is trending on Twitter, as people are telling her the Queen is gone.
