For a while, Suge Knight was the most-polarizing figure in hip hop. He established the powerhouse that was Death Row Records and ran the label, which boasted a roster of the likes of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and even Tupac. During this time, many rumors about Suge Knight’s tactics emerged.
When both Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G. died, many people connected Suge Knight to both of their deaths. This came from his open affiliation with the Bloods gang and his openness with using violence in business. Recent years have seen Suge Knight calm down, making up with Snoop Dogg, advising Waka Flocka Flame, and losing fights.
It got a little more serious than fights when Suge Knight attended a West Hollywood club last night. There was a shooting and Suge Knight was the victim, being struck twice and Chris Brown was present, almost getting shot. TMZ had footage of the aftermath of the incident that left Suge Knight struck.
