Meanwhile, Last Day Of Summer has also reached a new milestone. It is now certified platinum by the RIAA in the US. This comes after selling over 1 million units. Furthermore, this certification comes as Last Day Of Summer was initially released, on this day in 2018, on October 19. Since then, Summer debuted at number two in the US on the Billboard 200 chart, with her 2019 debut studio album, “Over It.” In 2021, her sophomore album “Still Over It” became her first number one album.

Summer Walker also has three remixes of Girls Need Love coming on Friday, to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of Last Dsy Of Summer. These will be on her “Girls Need Love (Girls Mix)” EP, as each remix will contain a feature from Victoria Monét, Tyla, and Tink.
