A few months ago, SZA revealed that the deluxe edition of her 2022 chart-topping and upcoming Grammy-nominated “SOS” album is on the way. Moreover, she revealed that this will be titled “Lana,” and will contain 7-10 new songs. Furthermore, SZA also previewed some music from Lana, at an event in New York City.

Meanwhile, it appears that Lana may finally arrive soon, before 2023 concludes. On Instagram, SZA posted a photo of herself, where she said “Alright y’all be safe now. Love you, bye. Pls this will make sense soon.” As a result, many believe that this meant that the Lana project is coming very soon. One fan even went on to make a post on Twitter/X, saying “We’re getting new music/a video in December. Lana is comingggg.”

Therefore, SZA went on to “like” this post. As a result, fans believe that this is a confirmation that the Lana album is due sometime in December.

Meanwhile, SZA is the most nominated artist for the 2024 Grammys, with nine nominations. This comes after dominating the charts over the past year, as her “SOS” album spent 10 total weeks at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and her “Kill Bill” single also reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. SOS contained 21 songs in total, including collaborations with Travis Scott, Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.
