SZA says new “Shirt” single and video are “about to come out” [VIDEO]

SZA says “Shirt” single is coming soon

Fans have been ready for over a year now, for SZA to put out her “Shirt” single. However, she’s released plenty of hot singles during this period, such as “Good Days” and “I Hate U.” Over the weekend, SZA did provide fans an update on Shirt, at the Austin City Limits festival.

Shirt was supposed to be out last week, but SZA explained how she was still working on the video for it. These visuals have thankfully been turned in, though.

“It didn’t come out because I looked at the video, and I was stressed at one small thing in the video,” said SZA at Austin City Limits. “But I fixed that, and it’s turned in and about to come out. That’s the truth.”

SZA also initially planned to finally release her sophomore album, this summer. That came after she previously said it’s be a “SZA summer.” However, she went on to say that Top Dawg Entertainment didn’t want to put it out yet. It’s been a very long time since a project has been released by SZA, as it was her debut album, “Ctrl,” back in June 2017.
