SZA’s “SOS” album goes 3x platinum
SZA has been seeing more massive success, since December. This comes after releasing her sophomore album, “SOS.” This was SZA’s first project since her 2017 debut studio album, “Ctrl,” and also became her first number one album of her career. SOS was led by hit singles such as “Good Days,” Shirt” and “I Hate U.” In addition to these singles, SZA also collaborated with Travis Scott, Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.
Furthermore, “Kill Bill” went on to be released as a single off of the album, and soon became SZA’s first number one song of her career, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Meanwhile, SOS has reached another key milestone. According to Chart Data, it has now been certified 3x platinum in the US. This comes after selling over 3 million units.
SZA is also venturing on the second half of her SOS North American Tour, next month. This comes after concluding the latest European/UK leg of the tour. The other half of the North American Tour will kick off on September 20, inside Miami’s Kaseya Center. The tour will conclude on October 29, in Phoenix, AZ.
