SZA has been dominating since December, with her sophomore album “SOS.” That project was released that month, and went on to see a number one debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Furthermore, that was also SZA’s first number one album of her career, and her first album released since June 2017.

One of the biggest records off of SZA’s SOS album has since been “Kill Bill.” That record saw a lot of success from the night SOS was released, as it went on to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, in late April. In addition to that milestone, Kill Bill also reached 5x platinum status in the US, last month.

Meanwhile, SZA has set another impressive record with Kill Bill, as of this this week. It was the most streamed song by a female artist in the US in the first half of 2023. This is also all while being a record that was released in 2022.

This past spring, SZA also went on to release the remix for Kill Bill. This included a huge feature from Doja Cat, who opened up the beginning of the remix.

SZA’s second half of her SOS North American Tour also kicks off this fall. The first show will be held in Miami, inside the Kaseya Center.
