Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen & SZA lead 2023 BBMAs nominations
The annual Billboard Music Awards are approaching, as this year’s ceremony will take place on November 19, inside the iconic MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas. The ceremony will be airing on NBC, as in years’ past. Moreover, Taylor Swift leads the way with the most nominations for 2023, with 20. Furthermore, Morgan Wallen and SZA come in tied for the second most nominations, at 17. At third, The Weeknd has 16, and Drake and Zach Bryan come in at fourth with 14.
Meanwhile, plenty of first-time nominees are also part of this year’s BBMAs nominations. Among those included are Bailey Zimmerman, Coi Leray, Fifty Fifty, Fuerza Regida, Grupo Frontera, Jelly Roll, Ice Spice, Metro Boomin, NewJeans, Peso Pluma and Oliver Anthony Music.
In the Top Artist category, Drake, SZA Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen are included. Furthermore, for Top Male Artist, Drake, Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, The Weeknd, and Zach Bryan round up the names. In the Top Female Artist category, Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, and Taylor Swift are nominated.
