Sexyy Red has easily become one of the biggest breakout artists of 2023. This was due to the initial viral success of her “Pound Town” single with produced Tay Keith, in February. As a result, the remix went on to to receive a huge feature from Nicki Minaj, on “Pound Town 2.”
Furthermore, Sexyy scored another buzzing hit from her debut “Hood Hottest Princess.” This is “SkeeYee,” as the chorus of it has been a major topic on social media. As a result, it’s even transitioned into classrooms.
Meanwhile, a teacher is currently trending due to using Sexyy Red’s “SkeeYee” lyrics to get her class’ attention, as this appeared to be an elementary level class. Therefore, the teacher said the first part of the SkeeYee chorus “If you see me and you tryna see what’s up.” Quickly after, the class responded with “SkeeYee.” Sexyy has since noticed the video, and asked if this is what new teachers do now.
Sexyy Red is also venturing on her own heading tour, this fall. This is the “Hood Hottest Princess” Tour, as it kicks off on October 16, in Boston. This comes after recently performing on Moneybagg Yo’s Tour, as well as Drake’s.
