Teyana Taylor previews unreleased single after previous retirement
Back in 2021, Teyana Taylor revealed that she was retiring from music, and would go on two more tours, before that retirement officially kicked off. Moreover, the initial retirement was cited, due to Taylor claiming that she was unappreciated in the music industry. However, Teyana has still been doing features, such as appearing on Rick Ross and Meek Mill’s recent joint album, “Too Good To Be True.” In the summer of 2022, Taylor also released her own signature Air Jordan sneakers.
Moreover, Taylor’s initial retirement in 2021 came after she released her “The Album” project, back in the summer of 2020. That debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart, and contained collaborations with Rick Ross, Big Sean, Lauryn Hill, and more.
However, it appears that Teyana Taylor may end this retirement, and put out new music soon. She just took to her social media feeds to preview an unreleased single. As a result, fans went on to praised the vocals that she delivered here. However, the title and release date of this record didn’t go on to be revealed.
Meanwhile, Teyana Taylor has also been a big trending topic, due to the recent news of her filing for divorce from Iman Shumpert. She and the former NBA player had been married for over six years, and had two children together. Taylor initially claimed last fall, that they were separated, but court documents went on to state that she filed for divorce in January 2023.
