Tia Mowry announced she and Cory Hardrict were divorcing, late last year. First, she made it clear that her soon-to-be ex, Cory, was still her friend. After that, Tia began insinuating that he was the problem. Among other things, she hinted that he had no money. The divorce proceedings have now taken place. Yesterday, Mowry essentially won the divorce settlement. She is keeping the family home and she doesn’t have to pay child support, or spousal support.

Tia Mowry rose to fame, alongside her twin sister, Tamera, in the 1990s. They had the sitcom, “Sister, Sister,” which went onto become a classic series. After seven years out of the spotlight, Tia Mowry broke out of the childhood star syndrome. She landed the starring role on “The Game” and she remained on the show for six years. After that, she has continued to land sitcom roles. In addition, she has had roles on streaming services, and has done hosting.

Tia Mowry spoke on her split from Cory Hardrict, last year. Despite initially saying the split was amicable, it’s clear there was more to that story. Now, the actual details of the divorce have made major headlines. First, Tia won the $4.3 million family home. Second, she does not have to pay child support. Finally, Tia is off the hook on having to pay spousal support, as well. While no one wins when a family breaks up, Mowry came out doing well from the divorce settlement.
