Most rappers dream of getting one major record deal and a good number of them never even get that. On the other hand, Travi$ Scott had the good fortune of landing two major record deals and has big names in his corner. Last year, Travi$ Scott signed to G.O.O.D. Music and has been on a roll.
Recent interactions with T.I. led to him also being added to Grand Hustle Records’ new crew, Hustle Gang. Earlier this week, the Hustle Gang released their first compilation mixtape, G.D.O.D., which has done well. Now, the crew is working on their own solo projects.
Travi$ Scott is refocused on Owl Pharaoh, which is now due on May 21. Seeing how he now has T.I. and Kanye West in his corner, Travi$ Scott is set to have a major impact on the game this summer. MTV News caught up with Travi$ Scott and he spoke on being signed to both labels.
