Travis Scott performs at private Oscars party in Bel-Air
Over the past four months, Travis Scott has been facing tons of criticism. This is due to his Houston-based Astroworld Festival, which resulted in over 300 injured fans, and 10 passing away from their injuries. This even resulted in Travis Scott being removed from the Coachella 2022 lineup. He’s also facing many lawsuits, including one that is seeking $2 billion in damages.
Travis has remained very low key since then, but has bene hanging out with plenty of rich and famous friends since then. This includes golfing with Michael Jordan, Mark Wahlberg, and Kris Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Last night, Travis also performed for the first time since Astroworld. According to TMZ, this was at a private Oscars party, at a home in Bel-Air. He also helped DJ a set. Other celebrities attended this event as well, such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Venus and Serena Williams, Tyga, and YG.
Travis may also release his fifth studio album, “Utopia,” before the year is over. After the Astroworld Festival incidents, he took the title out of his Instagram bio, but that has since returned. On the day of the festival, before it started, Travis also put out two new singles in “Mafia” and “Escape Plan.”
