Tristan Thompson To Receive $50,000 in Libel Case, After Kimberly Alexander, Accused Him of Getting Her Pregnant

Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian recently ended their relationship again, and now, the Boston Celtics player, is scoring a big win in court as well. Kimberly Alexander has been trying to claim that Thompson got her pregnant, and he soon sued her for libel.

According to TMZ, the court has now entered a default judgement, where Alexander has to pay Thompson $50,000. There is a 10% interest rate until it’s paid off, and $2,901.75 in court fees must also be paid by Alexander.

Thompson originally sued Alexander for libel last year, and wanted $100,000 in damages. He said that his reputation was taking a hit, due to losing endorsement deals from companies, due to the accusation.  Why Thompson received $50,000 instead of $100,000 was due to Thompson not explaining which exact endorsement deals he lost.

Thompson is fresh off his first season in Boston, where he averaged seven points and eight rebounds per game. The Celtics ended up losing in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the Brooklyn Nets, in seven games.
