There are plenty of good, beautiful, women out here settling for subpar men. Much of this is due to loneliness, perceiving other men of being unavailable, or uninterested. Whatever the case, a lot of women have settled. As a result, they are getting their hearts broken. It hit one woman so bad that she wound up in the hospital. This came after she found out her boyfriend cheated on her.
One of the worst kinds of pain that can happen is to be cheated on. After all, it takes a lot just getting into a romantic relationship. First, comes the insecurities that come with trying to get a person to be one’s partner. After that, there is the trust factor. To go through all of that, just to have a partner cheat can be the worst kind of pain. It seems as if all of the other effort was in vain.
In the case of Leslie-Anne Smith, she thought she found a good man. She met her boyfriend on Bumble, but previously saw him on Christian dating sites. Despite this, once they got together, she overheard him on the phone, calling people “baby.” After that, the man explained he was speaking to his sister. Once she discovered what really happened, she wound up in the hospital.
Smith was diagnosed with broken heart syndrome in September 2022. She said some of this came from the breakup. However, some of it also came from the passing of her uncle.
