This decade has seen Chick-Fil-A completely take over that market. However, Zaxby’s is another fast food chicken spot that has quietly been rising, as well.

While Zaxby’s is popular, their pricing is a bit higher than their counterparts. As a result, Zaxby’s is less likely to see the kind of spike in consumers the way that Chick-Fil-A and the others have. However, Zaxby’s has a very large customer base, and their restaurants are normally packed. This puts a heavy workload on their employees.

Recently, a woman went to Zaxby’s and was eating her meal. This woman believed she ordered fried chicken tenders with French fries. Instead, the woman discovered she actually was eating a napkin that had been fried. Obviously, this was an accident, but it was an oversight that should have been caught. After the woman realized she was eating a fried napkin, she filmed a video of it.
