Sometimes, the fast food experience can be a very frustrating experience. Many times, people will go to a fast food restaurant to order something that employees say they don’t have. As a result, sometimes people get upset with the workers. However, most of the workers are doing multiple jobs at once, and working for low wages. In this case, a woman called McDonald’s ahead to make sure they had fresh chocolate chip cookies. When they didn’t have it, the woman ended up flipping out.
McDonald’s remains the most popular fast food restaurant. Their tagline used to be “over six million served.” The business model of McDonald’s is one that’s been used for many other businesses, in and out of fast food. While other restaurants have gained in popularity, McDonald’s has remained number one for numerous reasons. Even when they disappoint their customers, McDonald’s has a hard time not having customers.
One woman has gone viral for sharing her McDonald’s experience with the world. The woman said she called ahead to make sure they were serving fresh chocolate chip cookies. According to the woman, they told her they had the cookies. However, when she got to the drive-thru, they told her they didn’t have the cookies. As a result, the woman caused a scene, leading to McDonald’s offering her the money back. The disagreement continued until she was repaid.
