This year, YG finally broke through and released his debut album. After years of being on the Def Jam roster, YG was paired with Young Jeezy and joined his CTE sub-label. The Los Angeles rapper was responsible for many hits in 2014, alongside DJ Mustard.
One of the hottest producers in the game, DJ Mustard’s staple is records he has done with YG. But, there is a little tension between the two and it spilled over this afternoon. DJ Mustard went on Instagram and he accused YG of not paying him off his album sales.
YG immediately fired back at his former friend and the entire hip hop world is looking at the duo, once again. The two have gotten involved in several controversial situations this year. While the two are going back and forth with each other, DJ Self is calling for the two to resolve this beef and get back to making hits.
