YK Osiris has been dealing with a legal battle since September 2019, and that is how the singer allegedly beat up his girlfriend, at his birthday party. Shortly after, he was charged with felony aggravated assault by strangulation. He allegedly choked the woman, and also spat on her face.
This incident supposedly went down, due to seeing a photo of another woman on Osiris’ phone, who was covered in a towel. Now, he won’t be charged in this case at all, according to TMZ.
Legal documents state that the Fulton County D.A.’s Office claimed that Atlanta PD did have probable cause to arrest Osiris in November 2019, but the decision was ultimately made to not prosecute him at all.
Osiris has been quiet with his music releases lately as well. Last year though, he put out singles such as “Money Keep Coming” and “Leave Me On Read.”
