Young Thug’s YSL RICO trial was initially supposed to kick off back in January. However, delays went on to occur with the jury selection. Therefore, it went on to become the longest trial in the history of the state of Georgia.

Meanwhile, there are now some huge developments in this YSL case, as its trial date is finally almost here. According to a new report from Billboard, candidates for the jury have been finalized, this week. As a result, the expected trial date is being set for November 27.

This comes after Thug, Gunna, and 26 other members of their YSL crew were initially arrested in this case, back in May 2022. Gunna and many other members went on to reach plea deals, though, as Gunna was released in December. However, Thug hadn’t been granted that opportunity, as authorities see him as running the crimes that YSL committed as a dangerous street gang. Gunna has since performed in New York and Los Angeles, over the past several months.

Moreover, on Wednesday, Thug went viral for his appearance in his latest court appearance. Many noticed that he may have appeared to gained more weight, as he was seen sporting a long sleeve red shirt.
