Renard Lydell Carter (29) killed his pregnant girlfriend, Keona Sade Foote (23), and her two year old daughter, in Rochester, Minnesota. As if that wasn't enough, he drove all the way to South Carolina to kill another woman. Fortunately, the Columbia police department, and Richland County law enforcement found Carter, who was on Facebook Live, warned that he had a rifle, which turned out to be a BB gun, that he aimed at them, leading to police shooting him multiple times, but he survived the shots.
