He passed Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Karl Malone to become the NBA’s second all time leading scorer. In some ways, LeBron James has done more than Michael Jordan in the NBA.

Of course, Michael Jordan went six for six in the NBA Finals. On top of that, Jordan won six titles in eight years. While Michael Jordan won all six of his Finals appearances, LeBron James has made the NBA Finals ten times. From 2011 until 2018, a LeBron James team made the Finals every year. That’s an incredible feat, as LeBron’s Finals appearances range from 2007 to 2020.

LeBron James may return to the NBA Finals, but it won’t be this year. The Lakers’ struggles have been overblown by the media. Russell Westbrook was intended to be an X factor, of sorts, but he has struggled mightily. Tonight, visiting the Cavs, LeBron James put on a show for his home crowd. But, when he passed the ball to Russ, he airballed it.
