Lil Durk – “Barbarian” [VIDEO]

Lil Durk flaunts his cash and crew in Barbarian video

Much credit goes to Lil Durk, simply due to his consistency. During the 2012-2013 period, Chicago saw many drill rappers take over the game. While all the hype went to one artist, almost all of them got signed. With Lil Durk, he signed with both Def Jam and French Montana’s Coke Boys. In the end, neither deal worked out. By 2016, it looked like Lil Durk was no longer in the game. But it pays to never give up, as Lil Durk is now on top of the game.

Lil Durk is sharing the spotlight with NBA Youngboy, who happens to be his biggest rival. The two have issues that stem from King Von’s death. Diss tracks have gone back and forth between Lil Durk and NBA Youngboy. It looks like calls for peace will go unheard, as these two young men will battle it out. One part of it is definitely street oriented. However, the other part of Lil Durk and NBA Youngboy butting heads is the competition. Both rappers are leaders in this new generation.

Yesterday, Lil Durk dropped the music video for “Barbarian,” off 7220. Meanwhile, NBA Youngboy dropped the music video for “I Got The Bag.” Unofficially, the two rappers had a face off, and both did well. For Lil Durk, he did 2 million views and counting on his first day.
