Lizzo appears in segment of “Sesame Street”

Lizzo has been trending heavily on social media, this month. This comes after winning the Grammy award for “About Damn Time.” That was number one in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 last year. It also went on to go 2x platinum.

About Damn Time went on to appear on Lizzo’s fourth studio album, “Special,” that summer. That saw a number two debut on the Billboard 200, as it was her first album since 2019’s “Cuz I Luv You.” This month, Lizzo also put out the remix to her “Special” single, which contained a huge feature from SZA, as the two have been close friends for many years now.

However, Lizzo also continues to make other major moves, outside of music. On Tuesday, she appeared in a segment of the legendary show “Sesame Street,” as a clip was posted to social media. Lizzo is seen hanging out with Elmo, as she plays a flute with cookies on it. As a result, the Cookie Monster went on to show up, and soon devoured all of the cookies on the flute.
