Nerlens Noel and Ed Davis nearly fight
Last season, the New York Knicks put together a complete season. For the first time, in eight years, the Knicks made the playoffs. Not only that, but after years of struggle, they won the fourth seed. Being a top four team, they earned home court advantage, in the playoffs. Unfortunately, Trae Young was also making his NBA Playoffs debut. Trae was ready to make noise, so the Knicks were upset in the first round by the Hawks.
Despite being upset, the Knicks seemed poised to improve, this year. Instead, the Knicks have stayed the same, while such teams as the Bulls, Cavaliers, and Hornets have taken drastic steps forward. This has left Knick fans highly upset and the fans are openly feuding with Julius Randle. Tired of the backlash, Randle has also fired shots back at the fans. Lately, the Knicks have improved a bit, though, but not against the Cleveland Cavaliers, last night.
Visiting the Cavs, the Knicks wanted to come in and score the huge upset. While the Knicks played the Cavaliers tough, Cleveland was too tough to overcome. In the end, the Cavs got the home win, as Nerlens Noel tried to stop that from happening. When Nerlens Noel went for the easy lay-in, Ed Davis shoved him. Clearly, this upset Nerlens, and he was tempted to do something about it. Some words were exchanged, but the two chose peace.
