Terance Mann collapses on the court after colliding with Bismack Biyombo
What a difference a year makes. Last year, the Los Angeles Clippers and Phoenix Suns competed in the Western Conference Finals. If the Suns and Clippers meet in the playoffs, this year, it will be in the first round. However, despite the Clippers having a disappointing record, they are a team that nobody wants to face in the playoffs.
The Phoenix Suns, meanwhile, have realized all of their potential. Devin Booker has always been a good scorer, but he’s played like an MVP this year. Booker showed he could be a winner, when he got the Suns into the bubble. When the Suns made the bubble, they went on an eight game winning streak, and only barely missed the playoffs.
Last season, the Phoenix Suns added Chris Paul and made their first playoff appearance in twelve years. In the playoffs, the Suns dethroned the Lakers, swept the Nuggets, and beat the Clippers. After winning the first two games, the Suns lost four to Giannis’ Bucks. The Clippers got their rematch against the Suns and they were blowing them out. At halftime, Terance Mann ran into Bismack Biyombo’s screen, and he needed help getting up.
