In light of “Love & Hip Hop Miami” premiering, and being VH1’s biggest debut series, the first few 2018 Wednesday Throwbacks, are dedicated to the cast. Also, with 2018 rolling in, the team is reflecting on 2008, a great year for music. A lot of “Love & Hip Hop Miami” people did well.
Pleasure P emerged, in 2008, as a solo artist, after Pretty Ricky came on the scene, in 2005. With the group not seeing eye-to-eye, Pleasure P decided to go solo. He got a deal with Atlantic Records and dropped his “Did You Wrong” single to start the year.
Scoring one of the first hits of 2008, Pleasure P looked like he was going to have a solid run. While he didn’t, it’s always good to appreciate the success he did have. This week’s Wednesday Throwback is dedicated to Pleasure P’s “Did You Wrong,” boasting a cameo from a then little-known Michael B. Jordan.
