Momentum is definitely something 2 Chainz has on his side. His last album was released late in the summer of 2012 and his singles continued to dominate radio well into 2013, when he announced his next album. B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time is the sophomore album from 2 Chainz and it’s due on September 10.
Going into the album, 2 Chainz teamed up with Pharrell. It’s been a few years since anything new came from Pharell. Fans who know his work know Pharrell gets his name up by helping others make their hit records. Pharrell helped 2 Chainz get back out there with “Feds Watching.”
This morning, 2 Chainz got the world ready for what he is unleashing on them. Over the past few days, 2 Chainz has had a lot for his fans, including the “Where U Been” single, featuring Cap1. Now, 2 Chainz unveiled the official cover for the next album, Based on a T.R.U. Story II: Me Time.
