Delonte West gets flooring job at car dealership in Virginia 

Delonte West has been struggling over the past few years, to get back on his feet. The former NBA star appears to have been battling drugs, as he’s been spotted in the streets, in various cities across the United States.

Over a week ago, West was spotted panhandling, in Alexandria, VA. West ended up telling Image Direct that he’s been in between jobs. West had also been looking into playing in Ice Cube’s BIG3 league, but didn’t make the cut. West also hopes to become a coach in the NBA.

One local business in Alexandria heard about West being in town, and has since gotten him a flooring job. This was done by a Beyer Subaru car dealership, according to TMZ. This got done after the dealership asked the company in charge, if West could start working for them.

West has also reportedly been very kind with everyone, and loves this job. Hopefully, this is the start of a great turnaround in West’s life. West had played in the NBA, from 2004-2012. West was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the first round of the 2004 NBA Draft, with the 24th overall picl.
