Drake receives criticism on Twitter, for release of surprise new dance album, “Honestly, Nevermind”

Drake receives negative reviews over new dance album “Honestly, Nevermind”

On Thursday, Drake had fans and the music industry on fire, after the announcement of his surprise album, “Honestly, Nevermind.” This is Drake’s seventh studio album, as he said it would be out on midnight, of June 17.

Honestly, Nevermind contains 14 tracks in total, with the sole feature being from 21 Savage. To many Drake fans’ surprise, this ended up being a dance album. Drake experimented with house/EDM styles on Honestly, Nevermind, and many weren’t feeling Drake on these beats and flows, much.

13 of the 14 of the songs on Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind featured these dance beats, as it was met with a lot of disapproval on Twitter. The song that received a lot of praise, was Jimmy Cooks, with 21 Savage. That was the only non-dance track on Honestly, Nevermind.
