Since 2009, Drake has become one of the biggest musicians, in the world. His “Best I Ever Had” single took off, and it was only up from there. This was from when he opened up for Ice Cube, and was paid $100. The venue was at the Kool Haus, in Drake’s hometown of Toronto. The official fee to to get Cube to perform wasn’t revealed. Drake said that this post is for anyone making $100 per show right now, and to keep going.

In June, he released his seventh studio album, “Honestly, Nevermind.” That went on to become his seventh straight number one solo album, as he experimented dance/house flows, there. Honestly, Nevermind was a surprise release, as it was announced a day before being available on streaming platforms.
