Back in March, Drake put his Los Angeles “YOLO” estate on the market. This property contained three contiguous homes, as Drake was looking to sell each of them.

Now, Drake has finally closed on these properties, as this was done on June 24, according to TMZ. The main residence of the YOLO estate ended up being sold for $12 million. The initial asking price was $14.8 million.

Los Angeles Rams Quarterback Matthew Stafford bought the other two properties, for $11 million. Drake initially received interest for the entire YOLO properties, from celebrities such as Caitlyn Jenner and Britney Spears.

The main residence of Drake’s YOLO estate spans 13,500 square feet. Other amenities include six fireplaces, a wine cellar, tasting room, a 25-seat theater, and a recording studio. Outside activities feature a swimming pool with a spa grotto, swim-up bar, waterfalls, an 80 foot long rock waterslide, as well as nearby large TVs. Residents can also play tennis, basketball and sand volleyball. A horse stable, equestrian ring and a mechanical riding bull are even available.

This sale comes as Drake’s new “Honestly, Nevermind” album became his seventh straight number one studio album. This was released as a surprise project, as it’s a dance album. It received a lot of criticism, but still topped the Billboard 200.
