Jack Harlow continues to be one of the biggest stars in the music industry. Last week, he topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his second single of 2022, “First Class.” This record samples Fergie’s 2006 “Glamorous” single, which featured Ludacris. First Class will appear on Harlow’s sophomore album, “Come Home The Kids” Miss You,” on May 6.

Harlow has also been securing various endorsement deals. One of them is a shoe deal with New Balance, along with being casted in the upcoming “White Men Can’t Jump” reboot. Harlow is playing the role of Billy Hoyle. The original film was released back in 1993.

Harlow also recently spoke Complex about this role, as he revealed that he spoke to NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard about this role. Leonard has a shoe deal with New Balance, as well. Leonard told Harlow that his layup package so far is “ass.”

“He’s the sh*t,” Harlow said. “I met him for the first time the other day… Told him about the movie that I’m preparing for, and he told me I need to get my layup package together because it’s ass.”

Leonard missed this entire 2021-22 NBA season, due to a torn ACL, in last year’s playoffs. This week though, he and New Balance put out their new “Goosebumps” sneakers, which is based on the hit book series, and films.
