Many in the position of Kidd Kidd would be angry, but not him. Five years ago, Kidd Kidd did the outro on Lil Wayne’s breakout single, “Mrs. Officer,” with Bobby V. At the time, Kidd Kidd was set to be the next artist off Young Money, but this ended up not being the case, as Drake and Nicki Minaj soon joined the label.

Kidd Kidd ended up leaving Young Money and most had forgotten about the New Orleans rapper until he popped up with 50 Cent. Under the radar, 50 Cent has been on a signing frenzy over at G-Unit Records. One of the biggest signees was Kidd Kidd, who appeared on 50 Cent’s “We Up” with Kendrick Lamar, originally.

During a recent interview with HipHopDX.com, Kidd Kidd opened up about why he does not appear on 50 Cent’s “We Up.” On the final version of the song, Kidd Kidd is nowhere to be found, but Kendrick Lamar emains on it. Kidd Kidd spoke on the track, saying it was a business move that led to him being removed from the song.
