Man shoots 6 year old and her parents after ball rolls in his yard
Some of the biggest disagreements can come from neighbors. Just because people live next to each other, it doesn’t mean they are friends. Actually, it is more likely to be the opposite. People move into places they can afford. They do this in spite of probably choosing to live close to someone they dislike. In most cases, nobody dislikes a neighbor enough to put their lives in danger. This North Carolina man did just that, however. When a basketball rolled into his yard, he shot a six year old girl, and her parents.
Among other things, people have trouble when it comes to sharing. In the case of neighbors, issues typically stem from property lines. For some reason, people enjoy going onto the property of other people. As a result, some intense disagreements can take place. However, something as simple as a ball rolling into the yard is usually a non-issue. In fact, situations that small can normally bring neighbors together.
However, in a Gastonia neighborhood, Robert Singletary decided to throw his life away. A six year old girl named Kinsley was playing basketball with her parents and some neighborhood kids. When the ball rolled into Singletary’s yard, he began shooting, threatening Kinsley’s dad, chasing them down and shooting them. Currently, they are in critical condition. Meanwhile, Kinsley’s mom was grazed. Singletary is currently on the run and believed to be armed.
