New Kendrick Lamar single expected to be out before Super Bowl

Kendrick lamar fans have anxiously been waiting for a new a single, since 2017. The last music from Kendrick that fans received, was back in 2018, with records from the “Black Panther” movie soundtrack.

A few weeks back, Billboard reported that we could get a new single from Kendrick, right before his Super Bowl LVI performance. He’s scheduled to perform alongside Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and Mary J Blige, at SoFi Stadium, in Los Angeles.

In a new episode of Rap Life, Ebro Darden reported that this new Kendrick single could be out, on February 11. This was confirmed by the show’s producer, Sasha.

“What I’m reading here provided by our producer Sasha… the way this reads, it sounds like it’s confirmed that we will get a single from Kendrick Lamar before his performance,” Ebro explained.

Kendrick’s last album arrived back in April 2017, with “DAMN.” That was his fourth studio album, and his second straight number one. The Compton rapper even won a Pulitzer Prize, for his work on that project. It was led by hit singles such as “Humble,” “DNA,” and “Loyalty,” ft. Rihanna. Kendrick’s upcoming fifth studio album is also his last album, under Top Dawg Entertainment.
