Eric Holder was attacked by two inmates in holding cell
32-year-old Eric Holder is currently on trial, for the murder of Nipsey Hussle, back in March 2019. On Tuesday, Holder could not make his court appearance for trial, due to him allegedly being attacked in jail.
More information is now coming out about Holder’s attack. According to TMZ, he was attacked by two people, while in his holding cell. The inmates also cut Holder’s head with a razor. This resulted in him needing three staples to the back of his head. Holder is also said to have lost consciousness, in this attack.
Prior to the attack, Holder was waiting to catch a bus to the courthouse. That attack soon resulted in a judge sending home the jury, for the day.
Holder ended up returning to trial on Wednesday, as his stitches to the head were visible. TMZ added that he has a swollen left eye, as well. The stitches are also on display.
Holder faces lift in prison, if convicted. He initially shot and killed Nipsey in front of his The Marathon Clothing store. Nipsey was allegedly confronted by Holder about him being rumored to call Holder a snitch. After the shooting, Holder also allegedly kicked Nipsey in the head.
