Nestled in Henderson, NV, approximately 15 miles south of Las Vegas, this nearly 9,000-square-foot estate is an architectural gem. The mansion was designed by Northern California’s T. Jones.

De La Hoya acquired the property in 2022 for $14.6 million while still under construction. The property showcases a one-level layout that emphasizes luxurious indoor-outdoor living. The home includes a grand porte-cochère, a spacious living area, state-of-the-art kitchens, a temperature-controlled wine room, and an enormous primary bedroom with spa-inspired amenities. For entertainment, it boasts a golf simulator, media room, home gym, hair salon, and wet bar. Outdoor features include several pools and elegantly designed living and dining spaces equipped with TVs, lounges, and fire pits.
