North Carolina is home to many forms of entertainment, but is still very undeveloped when it comes to hip hop. J. Cole has gained much success and Lo Keys is building a following, as is King Mez and Chox-Mak. However, there is not much said about the R&B talent coming from the area.
A unique fusion between R&B and hip hop has taken place, picking up where it left off years ago. Those pushing this fusion include Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, and Rezz Vokalz. Ironically, it is his son who is also rising the ranks. Tyuan Bryant, a rising talent in the Wilmington, North Carolina area, is quickly building a name for himself.
Inspired by his father, Tyuan Bryant is preparing to make the jump into the arena of professional R&B. Already connected to a number of emcees, Tyuan Bryant is preparing to release new bodies of work. Also in the works for the young talent is a trip to “American Idol,” where he will let the world decide what level he is on.
